The view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. Shower has good pressure. The room does not have a bidet sprayer, but the shower hose does stretch far enough, so it's all good. Breakfast is varied and top notch quality (but does not start until 8:20, so we had to miss it when we went hiking to Gergeti Church early in the morning to avoid the crowds). Parking is available directly on the property. The room is spotlessly clean and the fridge works well and is relatively quiet.

The pricing was perfect, and we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra day. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their home-cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. They were also too sweet to give us postcards and magnets as souvenirs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The view from our bedroom was breathtaking, with stunning sights of the Kazbegi mountains, snow-covered landscapes, and beautiful scenery. It was truly a memorable experience and hard to find such hospitality in Georgia.
