The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!

Big and clean room, bathroom super clean. Host was really nice but mainly speaks russian (not a problem). Location is good in terms of how you can walk around in Batumi. Really good value for your money!

We stayed here for 3 nights with three people from Armenia, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. A special thanks to the guesthouse administration Sofo and Gvantsa, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always quick to provide solutions to any of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.
