The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this guest house and hope to return!

Peter was a great host. He would do anything in his power to accommodate your every need. Room was spacious and very nicely decorated with a king-sized bed. Large bathroom with a great shower. All the linens were very high quality from the towels to the table napkins. Great breakfast made to order.

The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. The host was amazing! He offered to drive us to Brewdog Factory, so that we did not have to worry about the logistics of public transport. We greatly appreciated the kindness. Everything else was boringly perfect (that's a good thing), nothing to complain. Food was good, place was clean, free parking on premises next to the room.
