Location convenient for public transportation and quiet enough. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Since I’ve stayed for longer period they made sure I get access to additional facilities such as drawing room, kitchen and washing machine. Perfect both for shorter and longer stays.

Coming from the States, they let me check in early. I heard other guests coming in the back door, but it didn't affect my comfort or sleep. Filling breakfast with the best croissant I have ever tasted hot from the oven. Room comfortable, bed perfect. It completely checks off everything I expect from a Guest House including a reasonable rate. Other guests were also friendly.
