I got room number 1 with a nice terrace over the garden. We could park our motorbikes at their parking without any problem, and spent some time walking around. Lydford is a quite small village and it depends on Cadtle Inn, who has various places to place people. The village can be seen in 10 minutes, and it is a charming one. Very nice rooms, nice garden where relax having a drink, and also the best fish and chips we tried in Wales and the UK. Service was excellent. Ah, try the mussels in a spicy sauce, delicious. What else can we ask?

Situated half a mile from Plymouth Hoe, The Imperial Plymouth is a stylish guesthouse offering modern rooms and apartments. The ferry terminal with regular trips to France and Spain is only 20 minutes’ walk away. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The location is fantastic, Plymouth Hoe is a couple of hundred yards away and city centre within 3 mins walking distance. The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The breakfast menu is great and cooked to perfection. Free parking is great in a very busy city

Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks can both be reached in less than an hour’s drive. The property also has more than 8 acres of landscaped grounds for guests to enjoy. My family & I love The Hoops Inn. The staff are warm & welcoming & the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food is also fabulous! We keep coming back as we're very happy staying here!

Quiet, lovely staff, great extras like a hot tub, bathrobes, fridge and free parking. Beds were comfy, wifi god and heating worked easily and on a timer. Highly recommend!

Maria is an absolute delight! She is always engaging with the guests trying to make them feel at home, at least that's what it felt like to me. The house is cozy and warm, and the pets are around the house, so it does feel like another day with the family. The breakfast was delicious and listening to the story of the house was wonderful.
