Stayed here once before in 2006, and it is still the same great place to eat, drink, and be merry!!

It’s an easy, pleasant walk downhill into town. It felt safe even late at night.

This is a big property with 10 rooms on the second floor. No lift. The ground floor has many spaces for large and small gatherings. I particularly enjoyed the glassed-in patio area for a morning coffee and a read. It is very quiet and feels like being in the country. Well-equipped kitchen. Also has several small areas to prepare food or coffee/tea. This would be a great place to have a family reunion and book the whole place.

I love the peaceful surroundings, beautiful ponies, friendly dogs, and the swimming pool at the property - which is a good add-on for summertime! The most important - host - is an absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful lady who really cares to make her guests at home and we really did! We will definitely come back when visiting Cornwall again!
