Easy location just off the A9 (literally a 2 minute drive). Approximately 50 miles south from inverness. Beautiful house and gardens with plenty of bird life and red squirrels. Lovely quiet location despite being near the A9 which you cannot hear. I had a large room (I stayed in the Stag room) which had a king size canopied four poster bed. A large ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over bath arrangement. Spotlessly clean. The premises are licensed so you can enjoy a glass of wine or a dram from the drinks menu. Everywhere, was spotlessly clean. The host was amazing and engaging and cooks delicious breakfasts to order from the menu.which you decide on the night before. You can also arrange for an evening meal (sadly didn't order this option as I arrived fairly late in the evening) Scenery is fantastic with some falls you cross via a small bridge to drive to the house. Fabulous host. Beautiful location. Great value.

Very close to the train station and walking distance to Aviemore. Did not get the chance to use the hot tub, but the sauna was a nice bonus especially in December. The room was very comfortable and the hosts are wonderful! The breakfast is better than anything you would get at a hotel. I would stay here again next time I am in Aviemore.
