The fridge was well stocked with milk and other snacks. The host was amazing.

The lodge used to be an old mill that was converted. It sits on top of a pond and a gurgling brook - a peaceful setting away from the noise of the city. What looks like an old and quiant cottage from the outside has been meticulously renovated and looks like a top notch modern accommodation from the inside. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large TV. The bedroom is downstairs, and so is the bathroom. Everything is super comfortable and well thought out.

Also because our car was on a carshow Steve brought us to the bar in the evening and to the car show in the morning, never had so a nice experience before. Applebys Guest House offers accommodation in Holyhead. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature a seating area for your convenience. Carol was an excellent host. Breakfast was excellent, and she even took us to the ferry terminal in her car so we wouldn't have to walk in the rain.
