Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. This is my spot for stay when I'm in Montreux. It requires a walk from the train station, but since the route goes along with the lake side promenade, I used to enjoy this walk a lot. It is close to everything, and if someone is not suitable for long walks, there is a bus station very close to the property. I could get the same room that I stayed before, so I could feel myself a bit home. Breakfast is very nice, I could get all the options that I needed (can't take sweets). The lake is very near. I'll definitely come back here when I'll be in Montreux again.

Centrally located in Vevey, at the Market Place and Old Town and just 30 metres from Lake Geneva, Guest House Le Charlot offers modernly furnished rooms and a coffee bar on site serving local wines and sandwiches made of regional products. Perfect location. We had an excellent lake view. We loved being able to get up and walk around the lake and there were so many restaurants so close. Room was clean and well equipped and the cleaning staff were super friendly. A great overall experience. Vevey is such a beautiful and friendly city.

The location is great, especially if you need to catch an early train to the airport, as it is very close to the station. I felt very safe in the pension, and the staff were delightful and welcoming.
