The villa has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the terrace and pool are perfect. We also made good use of the outdoor bbq. The whole villa was impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. We came to Castilla y Leon to tour the Rueda region an Alaejos is perfectly placed. Cristina is a fabulous host and we felt that she would have helped us in any way possible.

They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. If you’re visiting Valladolid and want a peaceful, friendly place to stay, I highly recommend Polotel. Staff was friendly, the shower was excellent (good water pressure, warm water and two shower heads), cleaning was provided every day, the beds were comfortable, there was an elevator and also a food store and a nice restaurant very nearby. There were amazing buildings on the way to the city centre.
