The guest house, set in a building dating from 2020, is 12 km from Terra Natura and 13 km from Aqua Natura Park. Every room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pictures really don't do it justice so we were pleasantly surprised! Perfect location, a minute away from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main square. Everything is recently renovated and decorated very tastefully. The staff is very pleasant and helpful!!! We will be back!!!

Our stay in Valencia was made even better thanks to this amazing hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the city – from must-see attractions to local hidden gems. His recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Valencia. Highly recommended!

The location is ideal for visiting both the old town and the castle of Xàtiva.
It’s within walking distance to some bars and restaurants, and there’s a cute little bakery right next door.
We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

This recently renovated guest house is located 45 km from Ermita de Santa Lucía y San Benet and 49 km from Delta de l'Ebre. Almost everything, great location.

XULOS Rooms & Suites is a beachfront property located in Peñíscola, 100 metres from Playa del Sur and 27 km from Castillo de Xivert. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We loved our stay, the room is fantastic with the best feature of the bathtub with beach views. Communication with the hotel was great, they made sure the room was ready with the extra beds needed for the kids and everything was so great that we extended our stay to one more night. We switched to smaller room but was as good and comfy as the original one. The location is amazing, close to south and north beach and in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars. Even though you are right on the center of the city the room is quite. Following the parking instructions from the hotel we were able to park of the street without any issue. Another great feature for the location is that there is a playground next to it which was great for the kids.
