The guest house, set in a building dating from 2020, is 12 km from Terra Natura and 13 km from Aqua Natura Park. Every room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Everything was perfect, the staff was very helpful and kind, they let us leave our luggage without fee to explore the town even after we freed the room. The check-in process was easy and trouble-free, the room was clean and our experience was amazing. Totally recommend

The property has a bar-restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 07:30 until 00:00 without closing. As Buffet breakfast. NEW We were renting an apartment for 2 nights, the main priority being proximity to La Cuitat de las Artes y Ciencias. The neighbourhood was nice and safe, a lot of families and small non-touristic cafes offering local and international food. The room was large and quiet. Bathroom was clean, fan - standard but also enough. El Bar downstairs had a decent local and international menu + something for the little one. HOWEVER, our stay was made truly remarkable by PABLO! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A super stellar employee, he was always very helpful, caring and attentive, despite of being very busy. Gave our son extra stickers and stuff to draw. Helped my husband finding a quiet corner to make a call. Loveliest guy ever! We are grateful for the experience and will recommend Rooms Ciencias to everyone who asks. Maybe also to someone who doesn't. Pablo for President!

I loved the room with the small cute balcony and the wooden window shutters, also the bathroom in the second floor. :) It's great located near the old town, with free parking nearby. Even with 40°C outside, the air-conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Cleanest apartment we've rented in ages. Cleaned everyday too, which was amazing. Apartments are right next to a big parking lot and literally a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Our room had a view of the sea. Check-in and check-out were really easy, no contact with any personnel. The included breakfast was great, especially the coffee was unparalleled in the city =)
