Johan & his mum run it like a high end hotel. Breakfast is wonderful. It’s a $1 /$1.50 ride by taxi into town. Buses are nearby too. It’s well worth the journey, I’m so glad I didn’t stay in the middle of town. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t fully booked. Johan gave me excellent advice through my stay. He speaks perfect English.

Finca Chamanapamba Guest House has a stunning rural location, boasting an onsite waterfalls, just 4 km from Baños town centre. It offers spectacular mountain views, tropical gardens with BBQ facilities and charming wooden bungalows. This hotel was a dream. It’s located in the middle of the mountains surrounded by voluptuous vegetation which immediately released our stress. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, working hard to make our stay outstanding. The price was fair and absolutely worth the value. An unforgettable stay, I plan to continue coming here anytime we return to Ecuador

We loved our stay at this stunning and creatively designed hotel. Every corner was full of artistic charm, and the atmosphere was truly inspiring. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

The rooms at the accommodation are fitted with a seating area. Was absolutely blessed to stay with Bettina and Darwin- both incredible cooks as well. They are a wealth of knowledge and kindness, as well as one of the many reasons we want to come back to Banos specifically. You would be lucky to stay here!
