The decorations are amazing. The swimming pool is nice. The staff is very friendly. The food was delicious.

All units at the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they carried our heavy luggage upstairs without being asked, and not only stored my parents' leftover pizza in their personal fridge but also heated it up the following morning so they could eat it for breakfast. :-) I've stayed in Baños many times and love this location on the river; it's much quieter than being in the center of town! Double rooms are modern and comfortable if a bit on the small side (you can only get out of one side of the bed).
