Her cooking was delicious. Almost like a home stay.

Most of the food is grown organically behind the house. The hosts also gave good recommendations about the quilotoa hike. It looks like it is a little off the loop track but actually it is not, you just go up from the view point and you will be right there! The room was comfortable with view on the mountains. Highly recommend to stay here, I would have loved to stay longer

They kindly explained the activities around, we did the tour to Cotopaxi volcano and it was incredible with professional guide. I recommend this hostel, the rooms are cozy and clean, they offer laundry and restaurant service for dinner and breakfast in a beautiful commun area. Plus it is located close from the historical center and downtown.
