We loved having coffee by the pool and hanging out with her friendly sweet pups. The size of the beach cottage was perfect for the two of us. The ac worked great for sleeping at night if you like a colder temp. I was also impressed with the hand poured concrete kitchen counter top and woodwork for bed and shelves. All functionality was well thought out.

I arrived on a day with heavy thunderstorms and he invited me to have homemade dinner so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain. The location is also great. It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.
