Very nice pension run by a family. Comfortable, there is pretty much everything one needs for a stay and a lot of room for a family of 4. Location was a concern when we booked it, but actually it's 25 mins to Dresden and equally close to all top hiking locations. In general, compared to other options in the area feels like a great value for the money.

The vicinity of Pension Kleiner König is beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, we enjoyed a great and varied breakfast. A family owned hotel with a lot of personal touches. It's located on top of the ski slopes, and from the room window you can see the slope. There's a short walk from parking to the main entrance, but if you ski well you can ski directly to the hotel. Breakfast is cosy and delicious. The house manager is very welcoming and speaks great english. There's also a small bar that offers great view of the hill.
