After a long drive, I arrived quite late, but the clear and well-prepared instructions on how to retrieve the key made the check-in process seamless. The breakfast was absolutely delightful—fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. A wonderful experience overall!

The hosts were amazing - very friendly and welcoming. The property was also amazing - we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time as we were on the overnight train from Vienna and we were able to check-in when we arrived. Our room was very clean, generously sized and the WiFi worked well. We had a lovely continental breakfast and they offered us fried eggs cooked fresh to order. We only stayed one night as we were on route to a wedding in the hills but we did enjoy our stay very much. The location is up a steep narrow hill - and although it's walkable to Basov Old Town, Ubers are so reasonable that it's easy enough to just order a cab down the hill - I wouldn't recommend walking back up the hill unless you are training for a hill climbing competition! Just a warning - some taxi drivers are not keen on driving up the hill due to the very narrow, steep part - but there is a slightly longer way around that some of them do take.
