You can take a walk around easily, no tourists are there, only local people. The house caretakers are very welcoming, super kind, always helpful, always available to accomodate you as much as possible. The food is delicious, the products are organic and local, and you can definitely tell (the eggs, the chicken, the mushrooms have an incredible taste) ! The bed are very comfy, I slept like a baby. +++: they adopted little puppies the day I was living. They are so cute, I am in love <3

Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.

The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

The staff was exceptional, he helped us a lot in finding the best route in the park for our needs. He also speak English and helped us on our next accommodation late check in. The location is perfect to enter the park through east gate.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. the staffs were really nice and friendly, especially in helping us with arranging tours and travel destinations. The breakfast was good, with many food variations. The room was very spacious, clean, with awesome mountain view.
