The staff were very welcoming and friendly, I felt like I was staying with family or close friends. Joel was particularly helpful and welcoming and picked me up from the airport for free and helped me organise transport back to the airport when I needed it. He also gave me some.much appreciated sightseeing recommendations and drove me downtown and back to facilitate these.

Very spacious. Secure parking for motorcycle. Air-conditioning! Good styling. Clean. BIG tv with netflix. Fridge in the room and watercooker. Everything you need for a stay in Santiago! Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Even though we could not speak Spanish the owner was very friendly and helpful. We managed to communicate and felt very welcome. He also specifically cooked a nice vegetarian meal for us!

wonderful place in a great location, the shower was decent as was the air-con, washing machine was also good, the hosts are wonderful people, the other guests were cool.

My brother came to Chile to see the Comet and was travelling alone - with little experience of solo travel. Felipe and his family were the most amazing hosts, helping him to get to places to see the comet and being in contact with me (his sister ) in England to help organise his stay. I would definitely recommend this as a beautiful place to stay, with hosts who go out of their way to help and to make your stay a wonderful experience.

Super comfortable bed and Netflix in the room which made for a very relaxing stay in the evenings! Unlimited drinking water available. I was able to do washing which I really appreciated. The owner was very attentive and helpful and made sure I got to my airport transfer safe. The location was good for me - relatively close to the airport and easy to get to everywhere on buses and metro (direct bus to Bellavista!).
