Victor and his family live on the premises and there is a main door/gate to access the apartments/rooms. It is also very quite. The TV has many, many stations in English (and I suspect other languages besides Spanish) which was surprising and enjoyable. The in room refrigerator was useful. The large dispenser of bottled water was very helpful for refilling my water bottles. I also boiled water in the kitchen and bought it to my room in a thermos for tea. The bed was very comfortable with good cotton sheets and lots of blankets. There is also a heater and fans available if needed.

The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and decently equipped and I enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons when the sun was over it. I was only guest there at the time so had the entire place to myself and it was beautiful. Eggs, bread and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch too! Pisco Elqui is a small place so location wise it was good as everything is within walking distance including the bus stop.
