We loved everything about this hotel. Unfortunately we had a bad luck with the weather during our stay and we didn’t manage to enjoy the view which made us really really sad. But it’s no one’s fault obviously. The staff otherwise were welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. We loved our small room, the chalet cozy vibes as well as the delicious food. Also had so much fun with their baby goats. Wish I can come back one day to see the views too.

Kind and nice staff. You can check in through the key box. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed, pillow, blanket soft as a cloud. There is a jug of water in the room, and as a bonus, candy with the Swiss flag.

The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

Great stay in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The guest house has two big shared kitchens, fully equipped and very clean, plus nice chill-out areas and a terrace. Our room also had its own terrace, perfect for relaxing. Close to the lake for a swim, and parking spots can be reserved. Communication was great, staff were helpful, and check-in was easy. Highly recommended!

Perfect place, nice, calm, centrally located on the lake shore, with nice staff. Their cuisine is also very good, the boat station is a few minutes' walk away.
