Situated in Coal Harbour, 22 km from Port Hardy Ferry Terminal, The Oceanfront Inn on Stephens Bay features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and water sports facilities. Free WiFi and room service are offered. We have had an amazing time at the Inn. The location is stunning and the views of the bay from the room were amazing. As other reviews mentioned too, for us this was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had somewhere. Fresh crab and prawns, caught by Meshell and Stephen in the bay. And to top that off, we even saw a bear walking along the shore on the other side of the bay while having breakfast. The hosts were always available for recommendations and were very hospitable. It's very worth it to take out the kayaks on to the bay, we had sea otters and seals swim up to the kayak and play around. Some of the most memorable experiences we have had during our trip to Canada were had during our stay at the Inn, we'd love to come back someday!

Owner shoveled snow in the morning and swept snow off my vehicle which was very helpful. Road was plowed but the city which made travel easier. No hassle lock box entry and well appointed suite.

The site is spectacular, near mill bay on Saanich inlet. Beautiful sunrise, deck overlooks bay, so peaceful watching the boats and sea life. We highly recommend it!!! A great value, the host was very eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
