A great hotel with clean and spacious rooms, a nice communal space with a warm pool and seating areas. The pousade was close to the center of the town but away from the busy areas so there’s no noise at night. Staff was very kind and helpful. We also loved the breakfast. Overall an amazing stay and one of our best hotels in Brazil.

People were very helpful. Our rental car lost all the battery power .(left the light on). The guy who was working at front desk walked to store, got the cable. and called his friend who has a car ...... After, the car's power got charged. We were on our way back to RIO. Too bad that we never caught his name. But we know that he has been working there for more than 30 years. Thank you for yourr kindness again.

Marendaz is just 50 metres from Paraty historic centre. It offers a daily breakfast. WiFi is available throughout the property. Very nice! Staff was excellent, great location, breakfast was amazing!
