Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. I slept here for ten hours straight! It was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the penguin viewing spot. The internet connection is great, and I could log into Netflix on the TV to watch shows.

The MONA Ferry Terminal is a short walk away. Location was excellent. In the heart of the city and near the Salamanca precinct. The hotel's ambience was beyond wonderful; I was welcomed and treated as a guest in their home. Breakfast was exactly what I would choose and good value.

Such a cozy little space that felt like you were out in the country. We loved the space and didn't leave once we had checked in.

Paul was very friendly each time we chatted. We loved the view of the Huon River; day and night. The possums and pademelons visited the garden at night searching for food. Tasmania had a very dry summer.
