Set on 12 acres, guests at this property can take a stroll around the lush gardens, or relax on the terrace and take in the panoramic views of the vineyards and mountains. It’s a family-run-in business, so we got a very warm welcome like some part of them. The owner is so helpful and friendly giving us lots of useful local information, but very respectful of our private time. The location is great in the heart of the vineyard zone, easy to take a short drive to many cellar doors and wine houses. Just some units of property, we didn’t need to stand in line for checking in and out. The room is spacious and spotless with cosy decoration. There is a small succulent and rose garden in front of the room, and panoramic views only some steps beyond. Waking up in the early morning, we enjoy a fantastic stroll through the vineyard, snapshots of kangaroos and floating balloons in the sky.

Accessible via private entrance, all units have air conditioning, soundproofing, desk and a private bathroom with a shower. All units are fitted with a kettle, while selected rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a toaster and a stovetop. At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The property is in a beautiful setting. Hosts Marie and Mark can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

In the morning, the breakfast was way beyond our expectations, it was so delicious and btw included in the booking! you should not miss it! We recommend this place for family and group of friends :) It felt somehowlike home

Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the river and garden. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and big. I loved the breakfast with the homemade sourdough bread (!) and all the fruits. We enjoyed the wine tasting as well as the nature, pool and tennis court. I wish Australia wasn't that far and we would be able to come back. :)

Situated in Lambs Valley, within 35 km of Hunter Valley Gardens, Lambs Valley Guest House. Offers accommodation with air conditioning. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The host was so accommodating and checking in and out was made so simple. The house was beautiful! It was so nicely furnished and decorated, absolutely spotless and so comfortable for our family. We had 8 adults and 2 babies staying at there was plenty of room for everyone. I loved the beanbags on the floor too, that was such a nice touch and so great for hanging out with the babies.
