great location, extremely welcoming and friendly staff with a personal touch. clean rooms, big balcony to use. was a great stay also for a bigger group. the location is very convenient with many restaurants, bars, casino, Seebad and train station in walking distance. Everybody of our group was very impressed about how the place is managed and how friendly we were welcomed. always happy to come back

Highly recommended! The hosts Sigrid and Barry love and know what they do and have brought small guesthouse hospitality to a new level! They are very flexible to accommodate guest requests. 1. It starts with the booking experience: My address was in Belgium, that is why I got a swift personalised reply in Flemish/Dutch! I could not extend my booking for another two nights, so I made a second booking. The host managed to make me stay in the same room! Communication is friendly, clear and fast. 2. The location is in walking distance from the train station (take rear exit) and can be reached without any stairs - hence very convenient if you have a suitcase to pull. Immediate attendance on arrival, including an explanation of the facilities. 3. I inquired if I could iron clothes and I got an iron and an ironing board instantly. 4. You can always brew coffee freshly from the machine - free of charge! 5. THE BREAKFAST!!! Home-made smoothies (every day a different one) and yoghurt, self-baked bread and cakes (e. g. muffins), local juices, fruits and jams combine with tasty bread rolls, croissants, ham, cheese and much more. All fresh! Press the high-end coffee maker to enjoy your cappuccino, milk coffee, black coffee, coffee latte, etc. 6. We had an early start for a one-day trip once and could take a breakfast package with us. How nice to enjoy home-made delicious food from Pension Kitty on the shores of Lake Bled in Slovenia! 7. When checking out, you get the printed bill with the still remaining city tax to be paid: The amounts were fully in line with what had been indicated on booking.com. 8. If you want to have your luggage stored after check-out, it can be locked away - even for a day! Sigrid and Barry gave up their jobs to dedicate themselves fully to Pension Kitty. As a guest, you can feel that this is more than a job for them, it is their dedication. Very impressive what this couple with their lovely daughters manages!

Everything was perfect! We stayed in Gasthof Ogertschnig one night only but we were satisfied a lot. Ladies - owners were waiting for us even we have arrived late in the evening. We appreciated their nice behaviour, thank you very much!

Comfortable, clean, well equipment apartment near the Wörthersee and the autostrada. The host was very friendly and kindly. The breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is very nice. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is good with homemade products. The bed is comfortable too. The swimming pool is clean. The employees are kind and ready to help. We liked our stay there a lot. We have been there only for two nights, but there are so many things you can do there. It is worth staying for longer.
