Great location, new development w/ a tram station right in front of it. Innere Stadt is relatively easy to reach, by tram or foot. The commute to and from the airport, a piece of cake. Clean, clean, clean and last but not least, the mattress was very comfortable!

We liked the location and of course, the view from the room! Added bonus points are the number of hangers available and a drying rack too for when we need to wash our clothes. The room was big enough for my family of 3 members. It still had a lot of space left even with 3 mid-sized luggage.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. We had a one night stopover before heading out of Austria and this was a lovely place to stay. A little out of the main city but suited us for the night. Is would have stayed there and travelled in to the city as it was so peaceful and relaxing. The hostess was lovely and the breakfast was amazing.

This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. Location, staff and the directions they gave you from airport to hotel perfect and easy. Great location walking distance to everything. Beautiful hotel
