One can't find a better location to stay in Vienna: it is tucked in quietly half a block away from the Opera, a block and a half away from the Ring, where you can take a tram or subway to go wherever you fancy...around the corner from all the shopping in Kärtnerstraße; there is an ATM on the same block, and plenty of places to eat from breakfast to a late quick meal after a concert. The area is very safe at night. Inside, the room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom with a beautiful bathtub; something one may or may not find in similar pensions. They also store your luggage; again, not all pensions do. The rooms are quiet, and the staff is very professional and ready to take care of your needs. Just ask.

The location was great. It was so easy to use public transportation and get to the city center. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved our stay there. The garden is like a small paradise, the swimming pool was the bonus for the kids. The house is more than comfortable. The landlords have set every little detail within the house. Quick and fast internet, several plugins all over the house to charge phone and laptops. Large rooms with large and comfortable beds. A nice and big kitchen. My kids were very happy with this house. It was my first time in Vienna but I will probably go again just to stay in this house.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Everything was perfect! The breakfast is excellent! Susanne (the owner) is always willing to serve you! When you visit Vienna, it's a must-stay apartment!

They provide a very personal experience. Nice people. My bag got stollen at the airport and I lost my iPhone charger. The owner loaned me what seemed to be her personal one.

This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. It was in an absolutely beautiful square in Venice . It is very close to the Grand Hyatt which tell you the value of the location. As a woman travelling for a work conference alone , I felt very safe . I often went for dinners and didn’t get back until after midnight . There are two I hand nearby for U2 and U3 so it was very convenient for Messe Prater conference centre . The breakfast was fantastic with fresh bread and rolls every morning . It was lovely to sit quietly in the church for a few minutes after a long day . Everything was very clean and staff were so polite and told me all about the history of the monastery . It’s so nice to have a part in keeping it running by staying here .
