Super friendly owners. The house has a large garden where the family grows own fruits and vegetables. For breakfast they serve home-made apricot and strawberry jams. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The house is situated on a calm street, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Krems is very close - you just need to cross the bridge over the river.

The views from the room were directly to the vineyards and the hotel os located very near to the centre of the town.
