The staff were so helpful when it came to arranging a taxi, our additional baggage, breakfast boxes, ordering in food-- you name it. I was really really impressed. Very clean too. Highly recommended.

One Luxury Suites旅馆位于贝尔格莱德（Belgrade）的Stari Grad区，距离贝尔格莱德共和国广场（Trg Republike Belgrade）有3分钟步行路程，距离圣萨瓦寺（St. I rarely give 10-point reviews and actually get suspicious of the places that have way too high review scores, but this time I got convinced that all the positive reviews here were absolutely well deserved. The staff are super courteous and helpful - they helped us with the baggage, and answered all our questions. One of the friendliest staff I've ever met around the world. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of Belgrade, quite literally a stone's throw away from the Knez Mihailova pedestrian street - with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Supermarket is 1-minute walk away. The place is very close to the Kalemegdan park. We stayed in a small studio. It is well-equipped - with super comfy bed, spacious bathroom, fridge, safe locker, coffee maker, tap, stovetop, kitchen utensils etc. It was nearly 40 degrees heat in Belgrade and the AC in the room did an amazing job to make our stay comfortable. We booked the airport transfer both ways, which was also very much worth the price. The drivers helped us with the luggage, and the air-conditioned luxury Mercedes was very comfy. The hotel is located on the pedestrian street - so we were greeted by a staff member at a drop off point 5-minute walk away, who helped us with the luggage and guided us to the hotel. It was very hot on the day of the check out, and the gentleman at the reception gave us 2 bottles of cold water for our trip to the airport. Even small gestures like this can warm your heart and make your stay a lot nicer. So, overall, I absolutely recommend this place.
