Super friendly welcome and owner, Stephan really makes you feel at home. I was traveling by motorcycle and he immediately offered to get a washing machine going for my clothes. The rooms are not luxurious but the bed’s comfortable, the rooms very clean and the shower hot. Most of all, Stefan served probably the best breakfast I had in any hotel since long while. In the evening, there a good italian restaurant right around the corner, so no need to get back on the road.

I had forgotten my jacket in the wardrobe and the staff was incredible friendly and quick to send it to me to Vienna! Great service, thank you! Ideal quick check-in and good for travellers who are, like me, traveling between Austria and Italy and sometimes need a quick location to spend the nicht on the road. p.s. The only points for me that I would leave for improvement are the smell in the toilet-shower and corridors. Otherwise the price quality relation was very good.

the property is fantastic... the apartments are very clean with all the comforts and parking places. Also the breakfast is included. The property's owner is also very flexible to reschedule the dates without extra fees. Another point, we can take our dog with us with a small fee. I would warm recommend this property. EXCELLENT

great location, extremely welcoming and friendly staff with a personal touch. clean rooms, big balcony to use. was a great stay also for a bigger group. the location is very convenient with many restaurants, bars, casino, Seebad and train station in walking distance.
