The city of Salzburg and the spa town of Bad Ischl are a 30-minute drive away from the Mayerhofer guest house. What a wonderful little apartment. The shower was great! The bedroom had plenty of room to move around the bed, and the windows had blackout shades. comfortable living room area if you’d like to sit someplace along with a dining table and a kitchen with all the conveniences.  I also appreciated the extras that you could purchase while staying there, like having a load of laundry, done, or purchasing tea or coffee to have in your room while staying there. They also provide a great breakfast each day.

Located in the centre of Sankt Gilgen, Hotel-Pension Falkensteiner is 250 metres from the Zwölferhorn Cable Car and 400 metres from Lake Wolfgang. It offers free WiFi and provides bicycles free of charge. A private beach a 20-minute walk away. 1 the room and facilities were clinically clean. Absolutely amazing. 2 The breakfast was far more than expected. Personal service was great. 3 We were the last persons to leave the guest house - they actually closed the day before for their holiday, but Heidi postponed her arrangements to accommodate us. 4 When booking out, Heidi insisted to take us with luggage to the bus halt, although it was close enough to walk.

Just 150 metres from Lake Wolfgang, Gästehaus Kloibergütl offers a private beach with deckchairs, free bicycle hire, and free WiFi in the entire property. The terrace and the balconies in all apartments overlook the lake. Spotlessly clean, good facilities and very authentic. Sound of cows :-) Apartment was great for 3 adult colleagues. Staff spoke German and English fluently and were kind to accommodate an accidental late check in. Ferry (5min away) takes passengers and bikes across the lake.

A beautiful wooden house, and the host and children are very friendly. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and taking bus line 150 allows you to get anywhere. The house is clean and tidy, with mountain views right outside the window—I had a very comfortable stay.
