Featuring a garden and views of garden, Emi's Villa is a recently renovated guest house located in Ksamil, 200 metres from Ksamil Beach 9. Emi was super helpful with everything. A lovely bloke. All facilities very new and spotless. Fantastic value for money.

It was amazing that even the balcony was very clean considering the dust coming from olive trees. I can’t manage it in my own house. The beds were comfortable. A/C and mini fridge were working well. Breakfast was nutritious and tasty. Most importantly the hosting couple was very friendly and helpful although they can’t speak English well. Very suitable for families.

As we didn't have a car, they offered to take us to the closest beach, which I thought was really friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the center, 2-3 min drive. Good value for money!
