The breakfast was very good and was clearly prepared by the hosts themselves. Room 1, is not the biggest room (like the hotel owner told us), but it has a nice view on the Fiscal valley and surrounding mountains. (Looking at the sunrise from out of bed is a perfect moment to start the day) Small note to show the kindness of the hotel owners: when we brought back an unfinished bottle of wine to our hotel room, we could find the next day two glasses, because the hosts assumed it would be better to drink it from actual wine glasses, instead of plastic cups. And they were right :) The small village of Fiscal is very quiet and most convenient to access the Parque Natural de Ordessa and Monteperdido. Fiscal is on a 30' drive to the valley access.

He immediately provided us with information about the accommodation and the region. He gave us some great tips for excursions. The family room is spacious and equipped with a separate toilet and shower. The beds are large and comfortable. The atmosphere, with the garden and natural pool, is simply breathtaking and reflects the history of the property as an old wine farm. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy. Many of the dishes (e.g., banana bread, bread, jams, etc.) are homemade and super delicious. Of course, as is classic in France, baguettes and croissants are also included. Unfortunately, we were only passing through, but we would love to come back.
