Whistlewood is an excellent guesthouse. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The breakfast facilities are great with loads of choice and while you make it yourself there is loads to choose from. The honesty bar is fabulous and although we didn't use it the choice and value are great.

Room was huge and very clean. The bed was so comfortable- one of the best night sleeps we've had in SA Tommy and Leonie went out of their way to share recommendations and advice to make sure we were safe when exploring SA. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to PE!

We can't say enough good things about this place,from the moment we arrived(before the check-in time),to the moment we left(way after the checkout time).We felt  extremely spoilt,the comfy bed the cleanliness tasty,great breakfast by the owner..I can go on and on about how perfect everything was.A home away from home indeed.Everytime we are in PE we will not look further but 39 on nile guest house
