The grounds were magnificent and the room was gorgeous. It really exceeded my expectation! It felt very luxurious. The room came with a Nespresso machine, many pods for it, tea, rusks and other treats. I have stayed at more expensive places that didn't feel nearly as luxurious! Thank you

An 18th Century Cape Dutch style Manor Home in beautiful condition with a lot of original furniture. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had; farm fresh and delicious. Corna was a very gracious host. We will be back!

We stayed in the standard room as well as the unit with the wood fire hot tub. The rooms were stunning. Beautiful furniture, decor and bathroom. Wonderful little touches in the room. Turn down service with yummy treats left each evening. Excellent location. Wonderful friendly staff.

We were in love with this guest house. The surrounds were so beautiful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The eggs bene breakfast each morning was delicious!

What a fantastic place, within a 2-minute walk from the main street of Franschhoek! I loved everything about this hotel - the quaintness, the original features/furniture, the delicious and extremely filling breakfast and last but certainly not least, the staff! Billy and Lovemore could not do enough and greeted you with the warmest, biggest smile each morning. Billy welcomed me when I arrived and immediately displayed incredible hospitality. He made some great restaurant recommendations too, one of which I went to. The lady helping out (whose name I did not catch!) was also extremely friendly and told me lots about the area and the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - everything was fresh and made to order, with the best view of the mountains from the dining area. They have thought of everything at the hotel too - water, coffee and snacks in the room plus basic toiletries. The secure parking was a bonus too. I only stayed two nights but wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you - a most enjoyable, memorable stay. I shall be back!
