We had the best stay at Kiwi’s Homestay & Cafe ! Arthur is so welcoming and can help you book a motorbike. The apartment is really comfortable and you can have lunch and dinner at the restaurant downstairs “The Joy” : Yuli and Joy will be more than happy to cook for you. Food is delicious (and you should try the brownie)!!! We give a 10/10 for these 3 days. Hope to come back soon 🌞

Staff friendly. Room nice and clean with good air con. Garden is lovely. Good breakfast. Staff helped book day trips and onward travel.

Great value for money. Has all the essentials - Wi-Fi, A/C, private bathroom, laundry service... Really fantastic location just around the corner from a nice long stretch of beach bordered by park area with pine trees for shade. If you happen to enjoy running you can head left along the beachside promenade and back - perfect for early in the morning or closer to sunset. There are plenty of shops/eateries/cafes nearby and you can also walk to city center market area (although some will prefer to take transport). The woman at front desk was very friendly and helpful. If you're planning a visit to Phan Thiet then I would definitely recommend this place :)

Brand new structure and furniture. Minimal, neat and chill. Super super clean. Services: scooter rental (cheaper than anywhere else), laundry, bus rides booking. The owners are beyond kind and helpful, they were always willing to promptly help with a big smile.

Located just 200 metres from Ham Tien Beach, Diem Lien Guesthouse features accommodation in Mui Ne with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen.

Great value in Mui Ne. Host was very kind and helped book excellent onward transport to Vung Tau. The garden was very nice to chill in. I also recommend booking the tour of the sand dunes through the guesthouse for the best value.

Great value guesthouse, friendly staff with some very good restaurants across the road. Safe parking if you're on a bike and cold beer in the fridge.

I'm falling in love staff, She very helpful in everything I'm requested. The location is excellent, It is opposite the local market. The supermarket isn't far around 50m. from the hotel. My bed accessory fresh and clean smell.
