We stayed here for one night, but we wish we had more time. The place was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the air conditioning worked well. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations. The location is central, yet still quiet at night. Highly recommend!

The water pressure was strong, heater was good. Many eateries nearby. The owner (the woman) was very nice and accommodating although she couldn’t speak English. When she saw us bringing a plastic of clothes, she asked “laundry?” then she brought us to nearest laundry (not self service) and it’s affordable (45,000 VNĐ for around 4 kgs). She also helped us to communicate to the grab driver when we ordered the grab food. Very happy!

As the name suggested, the homestay is a rare green gem in the middle of busy Saigon. We had a very good stay at the signature piece of Ms To Trinh - owner of a design firm specialized in minimalistic and nature based spaces. Will definitely come back with our family.

The property was very nice and clean when we arrived. It is also well decorated and spacious for the three of us. I liked how the room had a projector we could use, it was a nice touch. Perfect for a short stay in HCM. The host was also very communicative and kind!
