It was very good experience with holiday home hotel in Hanoi. There are helping staff and specially the person named Mr.tony is very helpful and kind. He was helping us to arranged our trip to Ninh Binh and Halong bay .

Very spacious and clean room. Very accommodation host for self check in outside of hours and even allowed us to store our bags in our room after check out! The value for money was brilliant. Room was up two flights of stairs so something to be aware of if stairs are an issue. I would definitely return here if back in Hanoi!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is about a 15-minute motorbike ride from the center. The host was amazing — super helpful and always made sure I felt at home. She also recommended some great local spots in Hanoi. The Japanese-style bathroom was a nice touch, and there’s even a free washing machine on the rooftop. Besides nice balcony :) Totally recommend!

- The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and there are some lovely food and drink options very nearby. - The staff were great, they helped arrange airport collection for us at 4am despite our plane meant to be landing at midnight and the night security guard was able to let us in. They were always available and friendly and welcoming. - The free snacks were a nice touch as was the 10% discount and the cafe in the lobby. - We stayed 2 nights and then extended as we liked it so much. - This is newly opened hence less reviews available yet
