The owner was very accommodating, and has a light personality he always smiles which brings a good mood, he even brought my luggage downstairs until at the street and waited for me to be picked up by a car to the airport before he went inside., about the room, there were some dust on the floor but only thin, however, the bed was cozy and the pillows were soft, I really had a good quality sleep. I can say cause I always woke up with a lower back pain but during my stay there, in the morning my back feels better. Also, it's closer to hoan kiem lake where a few minutes away through walking, and its only opposite the #86 bus stop which is quite covenient if you are going to the airport. Although we don't have same preference but for me this hotel is still budget friendly and better than other hotels if you are looking for a hotel where you can move on your own unlike in the hostels. For my own experience this is a 9/10.

Super nice people. We arrived in huge rain and they cared for us, dried our clothes and offered us to eat with them. We had a nice chat with the owner and then we even got breakfast ^.^ Much recommend.

Nice place to stay. The location is really good, right beside all the chaos of the old quarter. But it's totally surrounded on all sides by other buildings, so there is barely any noise from outside. Nice place to come back to and relax. The downside is, on the ground floor at least, the room doesn't get much natural light, but it's well worth it. Great value compared to other properties in the area.

I 100% recommend it! From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, everyone was so kind and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

- The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and there are some lovely food and drink options very nearby. - The staff were great, they helped arrange airport collection for us at 4am despite our plane meant to be landing at midnight and the night security guard was able to let us in. They were always available and friendly and welcoming. - The free snacks were a nice touch as was the 10% discount and the cafe in the lobby. - We stayed 2 nights and then extended as we liked it so much. - This is newly opened hence less reviews available yet
