I 100% recommend it! From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, everyone was so kind and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is about a 15-minute motorbike ride from the center. The host was amazing — super helpful and always made sure I felt at home. She also recommended some great local spots in Hanoi. The Japanese-style bathroom was a nice touch, and there’s even a free washing machine on the rooftop. Besides nice balcony :) Totally recommend!

- The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and there are some lovely food and drink options very nearby. - The staff were great, they helped arrange airport collection for us at 4am despite our plane meant to be landing at midnight and the night security guard was able to let us in. They were always available and friendly and welcoming. - The free snacks were a nice touch as was the 10% discount and the cafe in the lobby. - We stayed 2 nights and then extended as we liked it so much. - This is newly opened hence less reviews available yet
