Very clean and fresh place. Location is great - close to all necessary facilities - grocery stores, restaurants, 5 min walk to promenade, 20 min walk to the nearest beach and to Cannon fort. At the same time place is not on the road - so it’s pretty quiet. Breakfast sets are various and good. Manager Gem is very helpful and thoughtful and provides great service. Also they have 2 adorable kittens 🐱

The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and well-designed, giving a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both local and international options. What impressed me most were the tour packages to Lan Ha Bay — everything was well-organized, and the guides made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

The room is spacious with a large, comfortable bed and seating area inside and outside, which was nice). Situated in a local residential area, it is away from the noise of the center but a walk away from all the restaurants, shops and Ben Beo port. The owner lives right next door and is always available if there are any questions either in person or via WhatsApp. He arranged a motorbike for us and also can arrange tours. He speaks perfect English. We had a comfortable stay.
