Everything feels fresh and new, from the modern design to the clean, roomy space in the bedroom. The team at reception were kind and attentive, always with a smile, which made a big difference to my experience. The breakfast buffet was generous with both Western and Vietnamese options, all delicious. I joined one of the Lan Ha Bay excursions and it turned out to be a highlight — the scenery was breathtaking and the trip ran very smoothly.

Very good room, with a lot of space ! Bed is very comfy. Well located in Cat Ba. Owner is so nice, and helped us for several things. He even let us check in very early !

I would give corner catba 11/10 if I could. It really is the perfect little spot. So relaxing by the lake with wonderful views but the best is the owners. They are so generous and kind as well as fantastic chefs. They organised a bike, bus tickets and a boat tour for us at good prices and made sure we had all the information we needed. We were sad to leave! It is a 30 minute walk from the waterfront but its an easy and pleasant walk through the town. Our bus even dropped us and collected us from the end of the road. Absolute must stay place for CatBa!

The family running the hostel were super lovely and helped us out with everything we needed. The guy who runs the place doesn’t speak English but was super sweet and communicated very well using Google translate. Overall loved my stay there the facilities were great and nice and clean
