The room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. Zukhra was very welcoming and speaks very good English. She is helping out her aunty over the summer and we wish her well. The location of the guesthouse is fantastic, next to a nice river and it has a nice garden. Less than 5 minute walk to the main entrance (west gate) to the old city. Would stay again and is excellent value for money.

It was warm and cozy to pop into this lovely space during our sightseeing when it was cold outside. It's close to the sights, and has lovely carpets and helpful staff. It also has thoughtful touches like reading lights and outlets near each bed.

The location just outside the east gate was excellent. Mardona was an excellent host and I was very happy with the breakfast spread. The bathroom was heated for the winter season and the room was well insulated.

Lovely hotel walking distance from Itchan Kala - 2 mins. Family run and they go out of their way to help with everything. Catered for my baby son got milk, washed my bottles etc happily without any problems. Clean room and bathrooms. Made whatever we asked for breakfast. Arranged airport pick up through them which was smooth. Can’t complain and would stay here again. Please note they do not have a card machine . So either cash or bank transfer. However when we tried to bank transfer there was no account number or IBAN so had to go to atm and get cash, luckily the machine had enough . So I do feel cash is most sensible option .

This guesthouse is run by a family who are very warm and take the best care of their guests. We spent only one night and the property was inside the old town and very near to all the tourist attractions inside the old town. The hosts serve good breakfast and can be customised for vegetarians as well. They are happy to organize tours for reasonable prices. Overall we really liked our stay as it was very practical and comfortable

This kind Khiva family opens their home to you, allowing you to get a better local experience than a hotel ever could. While we did not speak the languages of the other, we were well able to communicate with the help of translators and general kindness. Besides breakfast which each morning had different treats to offer, I ate every dinner here. I very much enjoyed the home cooked meals. The spacious guest rooms are brand new, very clean, and well taken care of. Internet worked well. The guesthouse is one or two rows in the back from the main walkway, making it a quiet and yet central location. Their son reliably drove me to the airport in Urgench for a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend this home stay.
