This is a brand-new and perfect residence. It feels like breathing together with this island in the Pacific Ocean and becoming one. The mind is bright and clear. You can rest peacefully and enjoy the view comfortably, watching the sunset by the sea. All around are the sounds of insects, birds and the wind blowing through the tropical jungle. The room is large and tidy, and incredibly clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and seasonings. This place is a perfect home. And it only takes a few minutes by car to reach Walmart and many nice restaurants. Thanks to the landlord and the cleaning staff. This stay is unforgettable. The only regret is that I only planned to stay in Kona for one day. I really should have stayed here for the entire vacation.

Farsheed helped me in real-time by phone to navigate to his location as I had arrived after dark. It was a tremendous help and a relief that he literally walked me through the driving directions to his address, staying on the phone with me until I arrived, exhausted. Well situated at a great elevation. The place was easy to find and good directions given beforehand. The room was absolutely wonderful with nice breezes, a lovely bathroom and a small kitchenette stocked with welcome treats. Love the espresso coffee maker too! I was greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Some fruit (apple bananas and papaya) was given to me as well which was just delightful. Overall a fantastic stay - mahalo!! 😊

Quiet place, and super nice garden. The room was big and comfortable. I had all the basics (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc), a table to work on, a couch and a terrace. It was great. Checking in and out was super easy and Nannette was reachable and responsive at any time.
