I liked that the property is within the town itself. It is very easy to get to the places that I wanted to visit from my accommodation. The place has a very rustic feel to it and that it is adorned with Swahili elements. Very clean, peaceful and the inner courtyard allows privacy despite being near the port. The room I had was also nice although a little bit tiny for my preference but nonetheless it was more than enough to provide me space, comfort and privacy. I was very pleased with the breakfast they had. I enjoyed it a lot.

Loved everything... Located well, decent beds with small lockers, AC dorms, inhouse kitchen, laundry service, very helpful staff, airport pick up and drop ( I had a midnight airport drop and everything was great, their was really nice and humble as well) , decent wifi and tours offered. They had rooms too and I shifted to one of them to get some sleep as I had to wake up for my midnight airport drop, it turned out good...There was also an indian restaurant just beside and a small retail shop very close. Will definitely stay here again if visiting stonetown... Thank you Shoki Shoki team

The room was super clean, nice fournitures, we had hot water and AC, it is in a pedestrian street so you don't hear any tuk-tuk or bus klaxon but the mosque is very close so you hear it at 5am but it's quite quick. The location is 5min walk from the ferry. You have your own main door keys so you can come back anytime
