1. The property is in central location. 2. The room I stayed in was an actual cave house. Before coming here, I was worried about the AC. But its magical. Its cold inside where the outside temperature is high. 3. Mr. Bektir and his team treats everyone like a friend. I was overwhelmed by his hospitality. 4. Rooms was clean with all necessary facilities, toiletries, towels and everything. 5. Outside terrace and surrounding are like a nicely decorated flower garden. 6. All staff were friendly and Rize, the owner, particularly so. He genuinely enjoys helping and communicating with his guests.

A wonderful and cozy boutique hotel. Very clean and spacious. The high ceilings make you feel like you’re staying in a castle. The room was warm enough despite the cold weather outside. The hosts, Anıl and Onur, are very intelligent and pleasant people who genuinely care not just about renting out a room, but about ensuring the guest is satisfied with the service and cleanliness. The Turkish breakfast was excellent and very well-prepared.
