I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adanos Konuk Evi in Cappadocia and it was truly a magical experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the wonderful Nazlim. Very kind, responsive and at the same time unobtrusive hosts. They got up early to prepare breakfast for our early departure. Hearty breakfasts. I liked the family house with thick walls, not hot in summer. Amazing view of Avanos and hot air balloons from the restaurant and common area. Beautifully landscaped garden and BBQ area. It was possible through the host to book a hot air balloon flight at a good price.

A beautiful place in Avanos extremely well located, wlking distance from historical center, 1 min walk from supermarket and restaurantsbut above all, amazing hosts, extremely kind and helpful. We loved staying at Hikmet's House and really felt at home. The veranda is beautiful and perfect to enjoy a quiet nap or tea, and the breakfast room on the top floor offers a beautiful view on all the surroundings. We highly recommend this place!

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathrooms spotless and. breakfast was unbelievably good Located in a. quiet back street but only a few minutes walk from centre of town. All staff were friendly and Rize, the owner, particularly so. He genuinely enjoys helping and communicating with his guests.
