Great place! Host Naz is so nice and friendly) She helps us with out route - what visit first, what secondary etc, we really like her hospitality! She also has two beautiful dogs - one boy and one girl) They are old and chubby and friendly and it's so nice to pet them!) Breakfast is REALY great! Much better that we expected) If go balloon in early morning you can have it after fly easily - just ask Naz) Room is great - you may cook inside if you want, watching balloons in the morning) Hot water is great - this is important when you travel Cappadocia in winter! Location is also nice - it takes like 10-15 min to get main attraction point) There is also food market where you may buy whatever you need) And price also very nice for 3 person) So I recommend you to visit this amazing place! It's best choice for you and your money if you care about experience and emotion from your travels)

Everything is good. If u have a car or motocycle, location is nothing. Room is cozy and very clean. Breakfast is also incredible and hosts are really kind and mindful. Thanks for everything😀 Of course parking lot is spacious!

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the center (10-15min walking). There is a supermarkt down the street (it does not sell alcohol, fyi). The rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Shower heads look small but they have great water pressure. Breakfast is served upstairs against a beautiful view of the hills. We were told it is also possible to watch the baloons but we were never awake that early. There is a communal garden with seats and tables where all guests can hang out in. Our hosts were super attentive and helpful.

It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, has very clean rooms and lounge zone, friendly personnel. Every morning very delicious turkish breakfast will wait you on the roof of the hotel. I was really surprised by breakfast, it is very reach and tasty. Hotel is situated near center of old Avanos with a lot of restaurants and cafes. it's very warm in the room even in January.

Great hotel and also restaurant. I was staying in Cappadocia for several nights and moved here a little far from the busy Goreme. The rooms are stone built and very cute and comfortable, with a jacuzzi or hammam. It's comfortable to sleep in and has all the amenities. The owner and staff were very kind and friendly, and they gave us advice on future travel routes and provided information on nearby sightseeing. In addition, the food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the testi kebab we had for dinner and the luxurious breakfast were both very delicious. The staffs are very kind. I feel like family. Unlike Goreme, you can spend your time in a calm atmosphere. I stayed longer because it was comfortable… finally I stayed 5days so lovely memories thank you Teşekkürler

Room have clean bed, quiet, very beautiful terrace. You can see ballon’s from terrace, but for sure better to go to area where they are starting to fly.
